OMTURA is a long-term material practice by Anton Edelshtein.

Since 2012, the project has explored wearable structures as spatial extensions of the body — objects that operate between function, gesture, and presence.

Rather than approaching accessories as decorative additions, OMTURA investigates them as relational forms that mediate the space between body and environment. Each piece emerges through direct engagement with material, structure, and proportion, emphasizing tactility and physical interaction.

Developed alongside Edelshtein’s broader work in object theory and design research, OMTURA remains an independent material line of practice focused on the experiential and spatial potentials of wearable objects.
